He should try training his legs good god

He is/was strongman, so he knows what it is to train hard. I do not understand why he fills his body with SEO and simply does not apply the same work ethic that had as a strength athlete.

His body's endured years of heavy lifting and years of being a pro wrestler. He might just not be able to train like that at this point.

true wasn't required . he had enough thick dense muscle and looked great now he looks ruined totally. its not like its going to improve his placing or anything or win him more fans on Instagram with that look. People cant appreciate overdoing SEO like that , most anyway.

what a shame to ruin a decent physique like that.

If he was using something like Syntherol and stops using it, the swelling will go down a lot and eventually it should look a lot more natural. Judging by how it looks though it seems he probably didn't use Syntherol, but rather something else.

Friend of mine saw Luke 3 weeks ago and said he looked like "shit"... plain fat. He obviously tried to compensate with diuretics. I said here a few weeks ago that Luke can win any show if he gets sliced. But since he hasn't come close to sliced yet it's unlikely to happen, probably will always have conditioning problems. I don't know why but some people have a much harder time getting lean, genetics like with everything else I guess.
