that Instagram just posts random pictures of bodybuilders
So you and Vu prep him together?
No sir, here in CA. I will be at the CA BB on Saturday.
Pesty where is the show?
that Instagram just posts random pictures of bodybuilders
Can't imagine seeing him in personSandoe is a thick, dense beast.
No. That's Vu's IG and those are all his clients.
That dude acknowledges Vu saying they're 1 day out together..
Aloha Pesty,
Front shot of his legs show great symmetry, thickness, separation and proportion! Back double biceps same things!
He drops a little more water weight, fills his body with glycogen, and applies the right tan color, greater separation will show up, with fuller muscles.
His first show?
I might need to retain your services...:headbang:LOL
Again, great job and kudos to you both!
A hui ho,
V
So out of curiosity I phone Austen and asked about this picture. Andrew Vu trains Eric Martinez from Bakersfield who just did the New York Pro. Eric is Austen's friend who posted that picture. Andrew Vu charges 2K, I charged zero. ALL this prep was done by me. Stop gossiping like little girls.
Gossiping is how we all make it in this day and age
Maybe you, but not me. You just sound foolish when you do.
what is going on with that first guys traps
Just for you sir. The finish product.
Awesome pesty. Your guy looks awesome. Is that you on the bed?
Take care.

Just for you sir. The finish product.
Yea, but he is a little dryer now. He weighs 227 here. He wants to make the heavy weight at 225, but I told him just go in his best shape and not worry about weight. Little more carbs today and little less water. No diuretics at all.
Sick side triceps!
How was his water, salt and carbohydrates during this peak week?
Just for you sir. The finish product.
Nothing really special, 3 low carb days, then Thursday and Friday, slightly drop water and sodium and increase carbs. He was holding some water or I wouldn't have changed much at all. If you are not ready at least one week ahead of time, you will have a hard time that last week to peak.
The thing that made this prep good was he was lean 16 weeks before when he started. I had him eat better in off season.
