He's from Spain. Just like me

Actually, he had his hernia fixed some months ago and right know he's just putting in some weight pretty fast as usual.
BTW you are right, marcos is a pretty big guy, haha.

Something a lot of people dont know is that marcos was almost ready for his pro card back in 1997 (late nineties) but sadly some economic problems with his parents-family business forced him to leave competitive bodybuilding (even the gym for months) and to just employ his time working all day in a supermarket to get some money for their family... Since that day I respect the guy even more.

Have no idea. I know a guy from spanish boards who trains in his gym, maybe could ask him... I can tell you he has always trained heavy with 12-16 sets for body part, nothing special (atleast until now...).
My guess is that he will grow fast whatever he would do considering he just recently started to get serious about his training...

i'm from spain too; I saw marcos in the IFEMA some years ago, and he's really huge.....

I believe it´s true... because i know that marcos is a beast at the dinner table, so props for his consistency with massive eating but he wouldn´t have any problem to do it with another program
