I've seen sections of this interview before via posts on PM here but this is the first time I've watch this interview in it's entirety. Very good down to earth conversation. But what impressed me the most was at the very end when Mike flexes his quads, wow, very impressive for someone now retired and not on any juice.

Mike is well-spoken and seems honest and down-to-earth. The guy conducting the interview sounds like an idiot. He says "like" more than my 19-year-old sister-in-law.

seems like a good guy and good info as well.
take home if your going to do this:keep your bp in check,no rec/painkillers and maybe youll have a better chance with things.

Awesome interview! I really enjoyed everything he had to say. What was most interesting to me was to hear him talk about Milo's transformation within a one hour period. It's crazy to hear how much a body can change just from carb and water manipulation. I'd love to see before and after pics.

It's also nice to hear that when his health was in jeopardy that he was mentally able to turn the switch off and do what was right. Good for him.

I agree, his legs still look amazing. You can tell that his back is still decently wide, too.

I believe he said he retired when he was 34 years old in 2005 so he's most likely in his mid 40's. I'm sure there's a Wiki page on him if you're that interested in his age.

He was always pretty honest for those that ever met him...I knew him when he was still out east and You'd see it often...he was also pretty funny

I met him at the local Gold's when I was kid (after he retired) and shook his hand. He was surprised I recognized him and was genuine with his conversation and handshake.

Soft spoken and nice guy.
