Planning to do IGF-1 DES pre-workout for bringing up lagging body parts. I am thinking of doing 100 mcg divided into two sides 10 minutes pre-workout. Is it fine? And, should I drink some carb immediately after injecting or during workout? Does IGF-1 DES lower blood sugar and cause hypo?
