I've pinned DES pre workout and pow 100 mcg IM in each muscle worked, usually biceps. I'm not sure which protocol I like better, but I seem to get a good pump if it's pre workout and a slight strength increase.
I need to listen to the super human radio broadcast to optimize my results but so far I've gained about 1/2 in. on my bi's by injecting it pre workout 100 mcg then MGF after workout. Then after about 20 min or so another 100 mcg of DES in the same muscles worked. I also use IGF LR3 about 2+ hours after DES. LR3 I use 100 mcg (50 mcg per site) IM in the muscles worked. I realize it's long acting but I feel it might work better if it's site injected.
I do this protocol 3 days a week for my lats, bi's and hams. I see the biggest results in my bi's.
