I decided to try IGF-1 for first time. I decided on LR3 because of the longer half life. I am looking for some muscle building, but also fat burning as well, as Im in my 40's, was out for a while and for the first time ever- got soft in the middle-wtf-Im old..lol.
Lots of info out there, wanted to make sure I was running it right to get most bang for buck. I was going to mix with AA and ad some bac h20 prior to running, I heard it takes the sting out. I wanted to run 20mcg- 4 weeks on for 1rst run.Subq in mornings non w/o days, then Im torn-some say prew/o some say post...which is better? Also, on my .5cc slin pin, where would the 20mcg line be if I mixed 1cc AA in the 1mg vial? i had a calculator thing someone here gave me- its not right at all. Going to be running this with a PH H-drol clone, Stuff actually works well for me. Also, from my reading with DES and LR -DES is more potent, but leaves system quicker-which is why I thought LR would be better with me wanting fat loss as well. Any helpful advice would be appreciated.
