It's my first time with Igf-1 and I'm curious what you do for macros, etc.
Currently recomping on:
Test p300+Test e200/wk
NPP 300/wk
GH 2ius/ed
For recomping my body works best with high fat, med/low carb, high protien.
Current macros Fat: 120-140g, Carbs 130-170g pro 275-300g
That plus training and cardio and I drop fat & maintain current weight which is about 230
What do you guys do with your macros when you run igf-1?
Plan is to run igf at 40mcg/ed x 25 days take a month off and repeat.
I have Tren E coming with the IGF so may run @ 150/wk depending on progress.
