You can use bac water or AA either one is fine

I would do 40-100mcg pre-workout because it helps a lot with have having an insane workout but you could use it as post-workout as a nutrition shuffler(I would just use insulin).

I've used ergo's lr3 only and it did wonders for me so idk how other companies peptides would do.

I've just upped my dose to 100mcg daily. On days I train post workout otherwise on days I don't train, I have it in the afternoon. I look pumped all the time.


On a different note does anyone know if I can get Generic HGH in Australia?
