You can use bac water or AA either one is fine
I would do 40-100mcg pre-workout because it helps a lot with have having an insane workout but you could use it as post-workout as a nutrition shuffler(I would just use insulin).
I've used ergo's lr3 only and it did wonders for me so idk how other companies peptides would do.
