IGF-1 LR3 post injection site lump or knot

I have a knot or lump in two places from IGF injections. The one in my calve has been there for about 2 weeks and is still sore when I stretch it or massage. Is this a result of BA inflammation or something else? I have had similiar lumps from gear but they all seemed to clear up after a couple of days. Any suggestions? Thanks!

short igf should be site injected..

the inflamation is most likely BA related....that is, if thats what u used to dilute it..

Personal choice IM or sub-q

I take my IGF long version PWO IM in the muscle just trained. I have heard you can do it sub-q. The igf I get come from a research company pre-mixed. I know some say its not supposed to come pre-mixed. The long version can be. Its is reconstituted with BA. I then further mix my shots with BW. I just dont understand why these sore knots have lasted so long. The one in my calve bothers me when I first get up in the morning. I have to stretch it every morning. Any idea what is going on?

Many people don't realize that just because you don't mainline doesn't mean you didn't go through a vein. It's actually hard to mainline when you are sticking yourself at a 90 degree angle. There is a good chance that you just went through a vein and have a deep hematoma.

Medical term for a bruise. There really isn't anything you can do since you can't see all veins. The best thing to do is a good massage after the inj. I'm talking a good 5 minutes so it doesn't clump and start to clot in one lump.

it should....remember too, if you are going in your calf, the muscle is relatively close to the skin, you don't need to go real deep

had the same problem myself, but not as bad. I get waht looks like a bee string if I do it sub-q. I hit the delts and bi's no problem. the BA burns a little. I would imagine the calves are just more sensitive. have you put it in other areas? did it lump up as bad?

The only other lump I got is in my pec. Keep in mind I am using a 1/2 29g slin pin for the IGF-1 injection. I have had lumps before from gear, but they all went away after a few days. The one in my calve is bothering me the most, the pec one seems to be responding to warm compresses and massaging. BTW your avatar screws me up everytime I see it!
