I have looked and looked, and just dont have that much time to sit at a computer looking for this info.
Can anybody please help me here.
I am looking to run between 60-80 mcgs a day split bi-lateraly.
Should i only run this on training days? If so, when should i administer it, and should i do it befrre or after i eat?
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
