Now ever since I have heard about IGF-1 it has always been the popular consensus that it should be site injected in order to cause direct growth in that area. I have been doing 11 mcg post training on lifting days and 11 mcg with meal 1 on non training days. My right leg has a smaller sweep than my left, so I'm trying to balance this out by using this protocol. I seem to be responding overall, but my right quad isn't catching up. Thoughts on this?
