For a minor bicep tear how would you guys run your IGF-1 in conjunction with CJC and GHRP? Thinking CJC and GHRP at 100mcg twice daily and split the IGF up into small shots all over the muscle multiple times a day... along with plenty of ice and stim and some light curls to keep too much scar tissue from building up because scar tissue is not as strong as muscle fiber and could lead to future damage. Going for an MRI next week, no serious bruising but definitely felt a rip in the muscle belly, at the bottom of a wide grip pull-up, and it still doesn't feel right almost a week later.
