yeah,i was going to just jump to the nationals because i haven't seen any super's that's impressed me(it's usually the light heavys),but i decieded to take it slow and enjoy competing.the jr usa's will be my 3rd show..i want a FEW trophies!Once i turn pro i'll quit(don't really like sticking myself.that's why i'm clean until 16wks out) and try out powerlifting (i could do a 550bench @240 and natural, no shirt) .biggainhunter out

and with a 28" waist meaning you ain't carrying the normal 10-15 of those pounds for that size there

that would be quite a feat

You'll look good with those stats - trust me

I am 5'11 and I walk on stage with 28" waist. 62" shoulders too
That is when I don't TOTALLY screw it up and I come in skinny and fat.

In my fat boy pic above (the white shirt) the waist is 36".

i have a dorian thang brutal thickness/width, but i ain't lying the waist ain't going under 33 even when shredded

dorians was i believe 36 or even a bit more--shredded
even Ronnie at hios best i'd say is a 33

hmmm.no small waisted white boys doing diddly in the last so many years,LOL

but yeah, the black guys have the better genetics in general, just a fact, in regard to muscle belly roundedness and usually they have the smaller waists

if you got that you do not necesarily need to be 270 pounds at 5'9" although Ronnie if he hits it will be the thickest freakiest thing this year IMO
