Hey guys, with all the talk about Ray Lewis and "Deer Antler Spray", I have a question for some of you that may have used IGF-1.
I have a bad shoulder injury that I am trying to work through. Years ago I had an MRI and it showed a partial rotator cuff tear. I did not lift for a long time and it got better. I have been working out quite hard now for more than a year and it is back, even worse.
My question is will IGF-1, the stuff sold here by sponsors, help heal this injury? I really don't want to take a layoff from the gym. I gave it 4 months of no lifting a while ago, and that did not help.
Anyone with any experience with the stuff? I will head over to the Peptides sections and read up, I just would like some real life experiences.
