Im shocked you havent tried DES. For a while I swore by it. Its kinda tough bc you need to do it in the muscle you are working and its only active for about 20 minutes, so you basically have to do it at the gym. That makes it challenging but it works great.
Back when IGF LR3 was super strong it used to make me so lethargic and hungry all day. I couldnt stay lean on Lr3 bc I would eat all day, so I switched to Des, and all i had to do was slam some carbs right after the shot. Other than that I could diet all day.
Thats how i know the IGF is weaker these days, i dont get lethargic and i dont get that hungry.
