IGF- 1mg vial or 10x100mcg

I have read several reports suggesting that legitimate and reputable IGF-1 LR3 is supplied in 10x100mcg vials and NOT 1mg vials. If so, someone selling a 100mcg as 1mg could make a huge profit ($1000-2000 per 1mg). As a consumer, how would we know?

First Sign would be that it didnt do jack for ya.
Id prefer the 100mcg Vials if the option was there.
