IGF-1's link to death and cancer..What's the ideal level?

So using a SERM can further increase igf levels? I didn't know this. The only SERMs I know of are clomid and nolvadex. The rest like adex and aromasin are anti-e's not serms. So would you suggest nolvadex and if so what dose? Thanks.

That's not what I meant. Androgen gives power to the IGF receptor and estrogen potentiates the androgen. However, the steroids go so goes the IGF.

So using selectivity in your steroids is a method to control the strength of your free circulating IGF. Anyways I always like this scenario with something like IGF-1 R3. I don't favor abusing your GH-clockwork just to increase liver IGF. It's just not the best-case scenario. Pulse the GH.

And check out some of the new SERMS. I'm not necessarily hyping SERMs, per se...just whatever you can use to increase tissue selectivity.

I guess the answer would be anywhere close to 500 but not for a long time

Sample size

I think the sample size for the data used in most of these studies to date are too small statistically to get a true feel for any detriments that are HGH related? However as with everything we do, caution and staying abreast of the changing field of knowledge are best.....
