IGF and muscle spasms

Has anyone else experienced this side while using igf lr3 or des? I'm not talking super high doses either, under 80mcg daily

Lr3 subject has had no sides

terrible muscle cramps that last over 10 mins. Usually the same muscle group that I worked in the gym earlier with.

None here on LR3 either in the past. New research begins tonight via the same source and will report if there are any seen.

I've noticed on a personal level (sans research) that when I eat low carb for a few/several days at a time, and then eat carbs - without fail I will have foot cramps for the next several hours at a time. They're maddening. It's likely an electrolyte / potassium balancing issue as I've read up on, but perhaps this could be an angle that you haven't looked at?
