OK, this is my "take"
I have just had bicep tendon surgery & have had some of the same thought's.the following is my "take" if you will on this....1-good diet is most important(protine, calcium, potassium ect)2- post opp therapy is gonna be a bitch & a blessing(you need to work repair to retian full range of motion)3(your?)igf/mgf and or any peptide will help recovery. i think site injection & timming is the key with respects to therapy routine. i personaly am biulding a peptide stack with some bromo. that i belive will speed my recovery.i think AS like deca is worthless for recovery &is a waist of time.IMO we are trying to ADD NEW tissue , and avoid inlarging what we allready have (@ least for now).this is just my 2 cents. i hoped this helped in some way. i would like to know if EPO WOULD HELP OXYGEN SUPPLY to the repaired area..Dose anyone care to comment
thank's
