It is ideal for site growth along with MGF because of it's localized action..the opposite is for IGF-1 LR3 and PEG-MGF.

100ug/day in 5 little injections of DES...muscles all over are bigger...been focusing in left (injured) shoulder front, side, rear delt (and left lat too). however it seems like a lot is going systemic cuz I get pumps all over with increased vascularity all over body legs and torso and arms,

the biggest pumps are in left shoulder which is a relief that guy has been bothering me for years now. only thing thats worked is GH, GH-releasing peptides, and 100ug/day IGF...not all at once though haha

I like IGF LR3, use it successfully on both cutting and bulking cycles, and I got a few vials of DES, however all the research on this product mentions intestinal growth and makes me a bit Leary to pull the trigger on it, I just might stick with LR3 and the other peps I know . Its suppose to be localized.

I only pin it in my tricep but my whole body is pump 24/7.
I feel fuller too.
