I have 4 mg of IGF-DES and 12 mg of MGF that I'm trying to decide on the most effective use of. I normally wouldn't post a thread but I've been searching for quite awhile and can't come up with much of consensus on even just the IGF.
A lot of comments re the DES of using it almost intra workout bilaterally, but I also saw a few claims that it would be even more effective used post workout. With the MGF I'm more rusty than that.
