Igf DES day 1 -- from ERGO

I'm going to try Russianstar's advice with DES and MGF. I'm going to pin 100mcg on workout day then 400mg of MGF the day after on my lagging biceps for 4 weeks and see if they can catch up to my rapidly developing shoulders. Love Ergo's DES, I have had any for several months, I'm fiendinggggggg like a crackhead!

Timing is Everything

As the title says.. 10 days of DES and I'm a fucking believer. One more shout out to Phil for letting me sample. I have never, NEVER been so full, pumped, vascular, strong and focused in my life.
