I'll be taking 6 and working up to 10 tablespoons of LBAs during my workout.

I don't think they are the nectar of life to some, but I have yet to try it intra-workout, so I can give it at try there.

This is really just for a suped up cruise; in regards to my goals, and really prime myself for this spring.

In spring, I'll go low-medium HGH and low-medium anabolics, then drop the GH, up the anabolics and throw in some heavy androgenics throughout the summer until early fall.

If I can get some noticable strength increases, very limited body fat, and increased conditioning abilities this will be all worth it. I'll be doing the following:

7-10 min sprint 4x week
Rowing or swimming for 20-30mins 6 days a week
Heavy compound movement for 3 sets and either 3-5 reps or 6-8 reps for 6 days a week

One week I'll switch it up and go higher reps to get myself in and out of a stall. Low volume, high frequency, heavily focused on the numbers.
