Anyone use IGF des or lr3 when on a keto diet? I've been thinking of adding 50-100mg of igf des pre-workout with a shake consisting of 50g whey iso+30g dextose and 5g creatine.
I was also thinking of using the igf during my carb-ups or even after it may help to get into keto faster kinda like slin.
Anyone have any experience with this?
