IGF DES on keto diet

Anyone use IGF des or lr3 when on a keto diet? I've been thinking of adding 50-100mg of igf des pre-workout with a shake consisting of 50g whey iso+30g dextose and 5g creatine.

I was also thinking of using the igf during my carb-ups or even after it may help to get into keto faster kinda like slin.

Anyone have any experience with this?
 
I've been using DES at 50mcg post workout while on keto and have had no problems. I also use it for heavy carb meals on my re-feeds and have found that I don't get nearly as watery and puffy during those days as I would without it. Obviously individual tolerances and dosing schemes will vary, but 50mcg is my sweet-spot if I'm on Keto.
 
Thanks for the reply Sac, I tried 50mcg pwo and felt OK and just took another 50mcg with my carb up meal tonight. Interested in seeing what kind of pump I will have in the gym tomorrow.

How much do you use with carb up meals?
 
I take 200mcg powo and depends on what bodypart I trained sometimes I dont even eat carbs after I train, and maybe not for a few hours and I have been ok. So no worries.
 
im looking forward running this, still not sure how long i should await to administer ghrp/grf after it though
