IGF DES saturation

Technically there is no scientific proof of LR3 saturation and we have just been going off bro science this whole time. But many feel they get desensitized when running higher doses. Therefore lower doses like 20mcg lr3 maybe optimal long term. But what I’m wondering is if there could be any saturation with DES. Say maybe 25-50mcg post workout on workout days only. Maybe 3-4x a week. Could this be run year long with no saturation issues?
 
It's not that we dont have scientific proof or we're using bro science, its that we dont have ANY clinical use or testing. Also the issue is we have no metrics to go bye as IGF peptides dont show up as IGF on blood panels to my knowledge, so we have to go buy anecdotes.

In my mind almost everything has a negative feed back loop, eventually you jack up whatever hormone so high that it down regulates something else, thats when it starts to "stall."

I'm not sure we have that with DES though, since it's half life is minute compared to most compounds we use. I'm about to start DES, I will take a break but only to cycle in MGF rather than to keep the DES from stalling, I would feel safe running the des for 8-10 weeks but I havent used it prior. Just my .02c
