IGF dosage for injury repair

Since few weeks I have shoulder pain due to a movement in my job.

I want take a low dose of IGF-1 lr3 like 25 mcg ed.

Do you think IGF des could be better for an injury ?

i like 10-20mcg 4-5 times a day rotating around the injection site. If you take some gh the same way but in 1-2 iu doses, it speeds it even further buddy. I did this when i repaired my pec.

You used IGF DES or IGF-1 LR3 to repair your pec ?

this was before the advent of DES(1,3) IGF. I used lr3 and gh.

Rotating sites around your whole body or around the injured muscle?

I'm using DES to help a shoulder injury right now, not sure if its helping or not but im just shooting into my upper pec, which coincidentally has nerve damage and the Igf-DES has worked WONDERS on that. I do about 40-60mcg each shot eod and try to rehab and work it soon after.
