IGF levels

I just have a question as to if a certain "brand" of GH has higher IGF levels, then is it better. I need to know if its set in stone or if different people are different and their bodies react differently. I had one brand tested (3 iu) and it came back 450 1 hour post administration while I was fasting. My buddy had another brand tested 2 hours post admin and it came back 650 from 2 iu's. I wish we both went exactly 1 hour post admin, but we didn't. Now the tests reveal that both are good, but are the one my buddy tested better and do they justify higher cost? Thanks

It varies. He may have a higher natural level than you or it could be better gh.
