IGF Levels

Been doing 10 IU per day 5 days a week of eli green tops for around 4 months. I would like to go get some blood work done and would like everything to be back to normal. I was wondering how long does it take IGF levels to return back to normal so I can get a solid base line reading.

48 hours would be a safe bet. 72 to be safest. They fluctuate pretty fast in the body, faster then most people realize.

Really? I thought it took around 3 weeks to properly build up your IGF levels, but then only 2-3 days to have them normalize? Maybe I misunderstood something.

Its actually very complicated... it really depends on why your serum IGF is elevated. For your purposes, you will be cleared in 48h.
