IGF LR-3 doing protocol

I just ordered some IGF LR-3 from real peptides as they were recommended heavily on a different board. I was wondering what is the common consensus on how to use the stuff. I have 5 mg of it and was thinking 200 McG into each bicep 5x a week.

If you have good lr3 that’s overkill. 50-100ug total per day is plenty. Shoot it subcutaneous wherever. It goes systemic anyway.

IGFlr3 works best as just one small piece in a bigger diet/drug plan. It’s not earth shattering physique changer. Although it will bring out some vascularity which is cool aesthetic. It’s a nutrient transport like slin.
