IGF lr3 and gh helps my PE routine significantly

Been working on stretching and pumping....running gh but added IGF and was seeing bigger expansion and fast recovery even from high pressure pumping. Any one else?

I utilize various PE techniques - Stretching and the use of an extender mostly. No pumping or any of that stuff...
When I did use Peps in the past I"m not sure if it made much of a difference for me...but everyone's different. Pep's and any GH "derivative" will pretty much speed up any healing process. I remember using IGF before my workouts and the pump I got was insane!

What kinda extender? Just wear all day?

Yeah...that kind. I don't wear it all day....Sh-- wish I could...but my job doesn't allow for that. Probably 2 hours a day give or take...
Its not easy though...

The ones with weighted rings around peepee seem to be most liked. Ive not used one.

There supposed to make your penis bigger by keeping it in an extended state for an extended period of time. Several studies and clinical trials have been done and they've all been positive. The problem is you have to wear an extender for up to 8 hours a day. I average 2 hours or so and have only seen minimal results.
