IGF-LR3 and Inj YK-11- Any REAL success stories?

I would love to blast the hell out of IGF-Des, with IGF LR3, along with my traditional protocols.

I have yet to see a single Janoshik analysis with IGF-Des..Personally, I would need review test results because the amount needed daily would call for multiple kits,imo... IGF-LR3 is commonplace nowadays for high purity test results.

Why do you always say you love to learn and research, then ask these basic/vague silly questions clearly have not even tried to having looking around prior?

lol nope- what I mean is that I thought Splenda was truly zero calorie, so I’ve been using that shit on everything- in coffee, in my cream of wheat, etc etc- turns out each packet has 4 or so calories. So by the time I realized it, I estimate I had around 1,000-1500 extra calories a week. My progress had ground to a halt- as soon as I corrected for that, scale is moving the right way
1 lb of bodyfat is 3300 calories of energy. To lose 1 lb of bodyfat per week, that requires a 500 calorie daily deficit. That's the math and there's no arguing with it.

But we don't use the scale as our primary measure of progress. Water fluctuates considerably more than 1 lb per week. Up to about 60% of bodyweight is fluid.

Also, 1 gallon of water weighs 8 lbs. You can easily drink 1 gallon of water. How much water is stored depends on many factors including amount of stored glycogen.

Even if Splenda has 4 calories per packet, you'd need 250 packets in a week to make up 1000 calories. Artificial sweetener can affect water retention.

I reiterate, you did not get weeks behind from consuming Splenda. You're doing fine. Just continue to execute.

I ran injectable yk11, I didn't like it that much and I really think I may have long term joint pain from that cycle. I would not use it again

They aren’t hidden calories if you’re consistent. I use Splenda, but I always use Splenda so it makes no difference. I don’t have 1 one day and 11 another day. Remain consistent in all variables and it becomes a non factor.

Your coach shouldn’t be saying, “why are you not losing weight on 2500 cals?” If he dropped you from say 2800 to 2500 BUT THEN YOU ADDED 10 Splendas a day, thennn u have a problem. Again, keep everything consistent.
Bro, I needed to know to track it and how many calories/ macros in the first place. It’s not about “using the same amount”- it’s about accurately tracking, which now I can do. I can use 1, 10 or 50- now I know each is 4 calories. Simple.

I am EXTREMELY detailed in my tracking. If it goes in my mouth it gets tracked, simple as that.

Nevermind, sorry to bug you. 🤷‍♂️

No amount of splenda is wrecking your progress or making your tracking inconsistent. Go read @td's reply.
You're responses (and threads) are reeeking of newbieness right now and everyone is trying to help you, relax.

@OldManLogan,
You're a really cool guy, but unfortunately, your friend is right. A while ago, out of curiosity, I was looking for information about YK-11 to find out what it was, and the search engine here clearly showed that there was no point in even bothering with this compound.

Regarding IGF lr3 and des, there's a wealth of information on the subject of Luki.

There's a wealth of knowledge here, gathered over the years, and the search engine works really well.

Sorry, you’re right. Just frustrated at myself. Apologies to all, you all ARE trying to help, and appreciate it. Hard to convey emotion in writing here, but thank you all. 👍👍👍

totally understand the tren aggression lol, just try not rip peoples head off 🤣

You’re probably fine man, don’t send your self into a spiraling panic. Like td said—it could just be some water retention

Did anyone notice extra water retention from IGF-1 LR3? I've heard people who tried Increlex say it has a similar effect on water retention so I assume lr3 would be no different. I did gain a significant amount of water around the same time i experimented with LR3. I can't judge about the pumps or effectiveness since I only ran it for a week. Pumps are already good on several grams of gear.

I'm one of those poor IGF converters or it's the tren that makes it look low on blood tests. I'm talking double digits on 10+ IUs of GH.

Tren increases localized IGF in the muscles, thereby reducing systemic IGF

The localized IGF is infinitely more important than systemic IGF.

Not something to worry about if you’re running tren

Now I suspect every single condiment. My coach gave me a list of approved seasonings etc but sweeteners were not part of it.

And just to be clear “bro” ain’t worried about shit, a’ight? Bro likes to learn something new every day.
If you are worried about the calories from the maltodextrin added to Splenda, then get yourself a bag of pure sucralose powder from bulk supplements. I use this tiny 1/64th tsp measuring spoon to sweeten an entire smoothie with the unflavored whey isolate I use.

It's dirt cheap too and will probably last me a year or more at the rate my family of 3 is using it.

Awesome advice, I’ll get it!

I also went ahead and got the liquid Stevia and Monk Fruit bottles, those have been game changers too!

YK11 did NOTHING for me. So many of these peptides/drugs may look good when inserted in to an ex vivo biochemical reaction BUT inside the body there are many variables that have to be inline for the benefit of drug to occur.

Splenda/sucralose is poison. You are worried about 4 kcal at a time but you should be more worried about the gut dysbiosis and inflammation that chemical sucralose brings to your body. Much harder to lose fat with high inflammation. Get over your sugar cravings, that is usually a sign of gut biome issues. Sure switch to stevia and monk fruit, but the high sugar craving is not a sign of vitality. Listen to your body to recognize problems.... Or mask it with other sweeteners.

So you were having 36 to 54 packets of splenda every single day?

Basically, it’s an estimate- probably 15-20 with coffee and decaf throughout the day, (2 cups 1/2 decaf in the am, 2-3 decaf throughout the day) plus adding spoonfuls to my cream of wheat, rice or oatmeal very liberally. Every spoonful is probably equivalent to 2-3 individual packets.

Guys do often misjudge things when estimating calories especially over 1 week but I was mainly joking. Trust me I do understand as I sit here drinking coffee with 4 sweeteners in :D
