So a lot of people are at least thinking on paper(or the forum) that 8 hrs post workout or simply the next morning might be the best time to take your LR3. Another thought process is AM and PM before bed.

Regardless, if you were going to take LR3 each morning...how long do you need to make sure it is before working out? Obviously we do not want to screw up MGF reduction and I assume most people doing it this way after waking have a full day ahead and train in the evening.

I was just wondering if anyone had any real reasoning to wait at least 4,6,8 hrs before training.


Personally from reading a lot of information it seems DES would be best pre workout, LR3 8 hrs post or next morning and MGF post.

Is anyone still using what the pep companies WERE mistakenly selling as DES?
 
this doesn't benefit you much.. but i've been researching lr3 first thing in the am. 7am to be exact and then the subject works out at 630pm that day.

working out pretty darn good right now, lost 3lbs look fuller around the delts and chest..
 
Am ghrp & ghrn then 20-30 mins after LR3 and Des pre/during and immediate post w/o and then PEG MGF pre-bed, repeat...
