IGF LR3 & PEG MGF ED

Has anyone used both everyday? I'm thinking...

IGF LR3 100mcg 1 hour before bed
PEG MGF 400mcg 30 minutes before lunch

In muscles trained previous day, 40-50 day cycle, Micro dosed across muscle. On a keto right now, So no carbs at night with LR3. I've seen some people try this and say they liked it.

Also going to be doing Ipam/Mod 2x or 3x per day.

Be careful with ketosis and IGF-1. You might get a severe hypoglycemia. Especially before bed as insulin sensitivity will continue to rise while you sleep and bad things might happen.
There is a thing called DeathWish diet which is a bodyopus diet that includes insulin. You enter ketosis almost instantly and you can achieve an extreme level of glycogen compensation, however the risk of hypoglycemic coma is huge as well.

Yeah i'm going to start with a lower dosage and work my way up to 100mcg. I've read over on a diff forum of a few guys that have had good experiences with LR3 and keto. But, It differes from person to person so I will be paying close attention. Glucose tabs on the pillow next to me.

I would also like to try Dat's carnitine + insulin protocol but I don't have enough exprience to mess with that yet.

This is of course only my personal experience. But I noticed absolutely no hypo symptoms with IGF. And I was taking high doses multiple times per day.

ive done 2mg of igf lr3 at 50/100mcg pre bed ED/EOD. ill even have my ghrp2/cjc 30min pre igf. ill just have BCAAs and go to sleep. never felt like i needed any carbs.

when i dose it pre w/o, i need to consume atleast 1000 cal post w/o.
