Hey guys, so i used the igf lr3 like 8 years ago and am going back on to hopefully heal a back gain some muscle if possible etc... anyways its been a while and some people say to use bacterialistic water and others say use AA (acetic acid) to reconstitute.. what do you guys recommend also since i mostly practice Intermittent fasting which is two meals a day one at 3-4 and another one at 7-8 If i take first thing in the morning i may have blood sugar issues etc.. not sure i can really train too much on this since I am nervous about injury again. thanks for help!
