I used 40mcg Post workout with A shake consisting of protein and waxy maize. I didnt see much in the way of results. I only used for a couple months. The stuff did give me gas and make me hungry as hell.
The gas was probably from the waxy maize. I read to wait 30 mins after pinning IGF to take carbs. I take it PWO, wait 30 minutes, then have a protein shake with 50 grams simple carbs.
