Igf, mgf for mass

Okay trying to put things together, got some feedback on what to use just trying to get somemore suggestions. Is igf lr3 only okay when trying to gain mass, if so what protocol is suggested. I need to overall gain size not really looking to add in one specific area, should it be taken every day, every other day, training days? Can someone shed some light on this, currently in off season trying to pack on lbs.
 
Most people notice a leaning effect with IGF. Others like it when gaining, you can also use it during PCT as it has a positive effect on getting the HPTA back in line. Also it can be used to help heal injuries.
 
I think that if you are going to use igf-1 for mass then you need to use it like short-acting insulin and take it pre-workout with carbs/aminos etc. That's my take anyhow. I felt it was similar to using humalog in some effects. Notably, I gain size with humalog when using aas but not when off cycle. Just a couple thoughts. I'm guessing igf-1 will work best when combined with some androgens.

Good input! I myself have switched my igf use from postworkout to preworkout. I also use amino/vitargo drink during workout and I think that is extra benificial when you use the igf preworkout.
