Okay trying to put things together, got some feedback on what to use just trying to get somemore suggestions. Is igf lr3 only okay when trying to gain mass, if so what protocol is suggested. I need to overall gain size not really looking to add in one specific area, should it be taken every day, every other day, training days? Can someone shed some light on this, currently in off season trying to pack on lbs.
