IGF mixing ?

Chem one sells it like this:
1000 mcg Long R3 IGF-1 in lyphosized powder form
2 ml's of Acetic Acid
10 ml NaCL

The only IGF I used before was premixed, how exactly do you mix this? Thanks

Take the 2 ml's of AA and draw up in into an insulin pin and slowly inject into the IGF powder. Dribble off the side, try not to shoot directly into the powder. After injecting the AA into the powder vial, swirl the solution very gently around and around (do not shake up like a protein drink...LOL) until you get a good mixture. Your redy to rock and roll bro.

The NaCl is supposed to make it smoother when injecting into the muscle. After loading your mixed IGF into your insulin syringe, you can add 20mcgs of the Nacl by drawing from this bottle last. I have tried this and have not noticed much difference in terms of smoothness...the AA mix still stings.

I'd put the igf in last so you can flush the syringe with the nacl.

As far as dosing/diluting goes-

You now have 1000mcg of IGF in your 2ml AA solution. This means each 1ml of AA solution contains 500mcg of IGF.

So if you are using a humulin-R syringe (1ml of fluid = 100iu on the syringe) Then each single iu mark is equal to 5mcg of IGF. Or, this also computes to each 5iu mark = 25mcg of IGF-1.

Lets say your starting dose is 25mcg per day. You can either take it all at once, or split it up into 2 seperate shots like some people do. For this next example I will pretend we are going to take the 25mcg in one shot.

The general consensus is to add 5x as much sod.chloride water as you have AA mixture to aid in easing the pain. In other words 5 parts naCL to 1 part IGF. This means when you start with 5iu (25mcg IGF) you draw in another 25iu of the NaCl. When you are done, the solution will be filled to the 30iu mark on the syringe (5iu + 25iu = 30iu).

Of course this 5:1 ratio you can adjust up or down to your individual preference depending on sting you feel.

And to answer the next question "Why cant I just shoot all the AA mixture with the IGF in it, into the Sod. Chloride water all at once so I dont have to mix it every day?" Because it is rumored that the IGF will not remain properly dosed for the full 30 days it is kept in cold storage. It will only last mixed with Sodium Chloride for up to 7 days.

ok thanks for the replies. It seem hard to draw that out with a 1cc insulin pin, so if I use a 1/2cc pin, would 10units be equal to 25mcg? Thanks

BBA, I used 2 kits for 25 days, increasing dose each week and got what I consider good results. I'd say I dropped my bf level from 9 to 8% and kept my weight the same. For me to gain 2.5 lbs of muscle in 3 weeks is great. Any gains are great gains. I'm sitin out a month and then I'll give it another go. I could definitely tell I was taking something different. Oh, and thanks for the referral last week!

FULLYBUILT-

if you bought the correct pins for humulin R insulin that would mean that 1ml = 100iu of humulin R insulin. ** Sometimes you have to tell the pharmacist this to get the right ones.


Your 1/2ml sized insulin syringe will hold 50iu of insulin (if used for Humulin-R) if you filled them up to the 50iu mark.

But we are not using insulin, we are using our mixed IGF.

The dose of IGF would be the same as I posted earlier. Each 1iu mark on your slin pins will equal 5mcg of IGF/AA solution. With the smaller syringe you have, its just easier to read the marks than it is on the 1ml insulin syringe.
