Last year I did 40mcg of IGF-1 LR3, 5 days on, 2 off. (it was media grade)
I lost a few lbs of fat, and gained a few lbs of muscle, but unlike any other anabolic I have ever used, I really felt like it was real functional tissue, as in no temporary stuff.
This was stacked with a 12 week cycle of test at 500/wk and tren HEX at 250/wk. (I have been running cycles for 3 years but I have never exceeded this dose)
At the end of the cycle, I took 6 months off to just focus on diet, cardio, and general health as I wanted some blood work done for my HRT doc.
This post cycle experience was different from most, because I lost a large amount of muscle, and normally I am good at post cycle protocol stuff, I figured what I lost was mostly what I got from the IGF, so my question is:
Is there something special one must do to keep gains from IGF?
