Who's igf does everyone recommend and what protocal is everyone using

cant say any supplier you should use,
but the protocol im using is

10 mcg ED x 30 days,
10 days rest,
and then on again for about 2 - 3 cycles

You'll find that everyone is doing just about everything..... DES, LR3, low dose, high dose, site inject, subQ from various sponsors. You name it, someone is doing it.

Last run I did LR3 from Genesis at 20mcg per day SubQ. Very low dose compared to many on here, but I got great results and would not be able to tolerate any more than that.
