I'm dosing my experiment immed PWO with 15mcg of Receptor Grade IGF-LR3 bilaterally for a total of 30mcg. As soon as the pinning is done IM, subject drinks 50g of WaxiMaize, 200mg R-ALA & 1mg d-Biotin followed 15 min later with 45g whey protein.
My question is if you think results would be better with Banaba Leaf extract 250mg 12:1 extract with 1.5% Corosolic Acid @ 3.75mg or the R-ALA/d-Biotin combo? I have read Banaba Leaf has a potent hypoglycemic / anti-diabetic effect. I think both are insulin memetics (sp?) and increase insulin sensitivity. I want to take full advantage of the PWO nutrient repartitioning effect.
Any thoughts or opinions?
