IGF, your preferences

Hi, new to the forums just trying to drum up some discussion as well as introduce myself to the forum universe... so let’s talk. What do you guys prefer IGF-1 lr3 or DES? I find IGF to be a very interesting topic as there is so much discussion out there but just wanted to see what y’all can come back with for me.

Let me know why you prefer one over the other, pre contest go or no go, and anything else you’d feel like contributing! Thanks!

Maybe the DES I have used has just been crap because it's literally not even a contest as LR3 has been tonnes better for me. I know all the science and that would make me believe DES should be great but I have never got much from my limited usage. Even the worst LR3 I have used gave me some results and the better products outstanding results and fast. LR3 is one of my fav things to run. I just posted this in another thread but I like high eod dosing. I also believe for optimal results it needs to be used when someone is already lean to begin with and combined with loads of carbs.
