i knwo theres controversy on this, biga has said in his thread that its ok to put these in a seo filled muscle and then he said he wouldnt put anything in a an seo muscle, who has thried these in a seo muscle? im going to be trying it soon? dave palumbo says to use igf and gh in the fat, but every google link out there says igf intramusclar? any feed back with any multiple substances youve used in the same muscle is appreciated
