Igf1 lr3 and PEG MGF

This is leaving me scratching my head confused. MGF gets deactivated by Igf1. Both lr3 and peg MGF are long acting. Wouldn't using both of them in same run be counter productive because the lr3 would ju at the render the peg MGF useless?

Would the better option be des and peg mgf?
Or
Lr3 few weeks followed by peg mgf and so on?
 
From what I understand they attach to different receptors and did not interfere with each other.

It's an area that hasn't been studied extensively but there are some findings.

From my notes last year:

"Exogenous and endogenous igf attaches to a g-coupled receptor outside of the cell. Endogenous MGF attaches to a receptor inside the cell. Therefore igf (exo/endo) did not interfere with endo MGF.

Exo MGF attached to another receptor outside of the cell but not to the same receptor as the igf1. It's still uncertain where exogenous MGF attached to but regardless, based on all of this, they did not interfere with each other as was previously theorized."

At the time, most were doing IGF on training days and PEG MGF on non-training days I believe. But based on the above, it shouldn't really matter.

They are both active for so long that even if they did negatively effect oneanother it's gonna happen anyway. I like to dose my LR3 pre workout and my PEG MGF pre bed or on off days. The LR3 component is the one that will give most of the results but they compliment each other very well. I had great results stacking them that way.

Elvia, what about if running peg mgf alone? Daily prebed at 500mcgs?

Only other thing I am running is ipam/mod and maybe some igf1-des intra workout. Still thinking things thru.

Since it helps your body produce more satelitte cells which are depleted by IGF use, its still going to be beneficial. I've run some clients using only AAS + peg mgf and they had some very incredible results

I've gotten great results with every pep run many different ways. I am almost coming to the conclusion just take all you can afford and as much as you can handle lol because no matter what the stuff works!! But you know us, always trying to optimize everything with our obsessive nature!

HAHA I completely agreed! Obviously Pharma GH would be optimal but after that, I'd chose peptides anyway over generics.

Your last post pretty much summed things up. Even 500mcg twice per week would be enough for most. You shouldn't need 500mcg in one dose and I think if dosing ed then 200-250mcg should be a good starting point. Personally if I added it into a stack I would probably dose it at about 400mcg 3 times weekly. I would use it pre bed. If dosing it 2-3 times per week then try and do it on off days but it will make very little difference.

Do you have any links to studies or information relating to this? I would like to research it some more and appreciate any help

I think anyone using PEG-MGF alone would probably be disappointed in regards to muscle growth or fast gains. It's all about recovery and long term in my opinion so would be ideal for you to add onto an existing stack.

At my age recovery is the most important factor.

I think with your aas, syntheselen, synthetine, gh products, added fats and more fruit and vegetables you should be sorted in regards to recovery now :) I see you are training less now too... that's a major factor. I love long training sessions but sometimes you definitely take it to the extreme and that would make recovery hard for even the average enhanced 25 year old.
