IGF1-LR3 anybody?

I jumped on the peptide bandwagon late. Researched IFG1 LR3 from a sponsor. I felt like it leaned me out while providing muscle fullness. I injected bi laterally 8 hrs post workout. Is this peptide a favorite of anybody anymore or have others passed it in terms of effectiveness. Would love to hear about peptides that can be run solo. Seems like some protocols for stacking are just too complicated. Thanks

Igf1-Lr3 is still a favorite of many but protocols have evolved. The best protocol is to micro inject Lr3 in a series of 5-10mcg injects all throughout the muscle you are about to train. I like 100mcg total with 5 injects bilaterally at 10mcg each preworkout in the muscle I'm about to train stacked with sublingual tadalafil at 25mg. The pump is insane. Look at my chest from this protocol. I put five 10mcg injects in each pec preworkout with 25mg tadalafil.

I would recommend trying IGF-DES next. Use it the same way as the LR3. Dose it pre workout in various micro injects in a body part you want to improve most.

Im with jj. Lr3 is amazing. I would do pec and tri injects on chest day, bis, tris, and delts on arms day. I did for a while just do tri injects every day. Def helped with overall tri growth, and even after taking a year off my tris have kept size. Now in days id do it strictly like jj's protocol.

It's actually very easy if you reconstitute the Igf with bac water and use a 31 gauge slin pin.

Has anyone heard of using IGF-LR3 during the day ? i mean like not before or after a workout just subQ at some point during the day . A friend of mine's coach is telling him to use it this way. I never heard of it used like that

I'm about to start using it with my CJC -DAC and Ipamorelin but I read it needed to be reconstituted with BA. But in this thread I see you are using BW. Which is better to mix with it and how much do I add for 1mg?

compared to your avatar it looks like you have definitely added some size to your pecs.
