what up, this is my first post so excuse me if i seem stupid. i wanted to know if anyone has experience with taking igf1 by itself, ive taken it before with gh and the pumps were crazy for the month i took the igf at only 30mcg ed i trained,but now i got off the gh and decided to try igf for a 2 mnths and see what happens. do u guys think i should stack with some gear, im about out of the igf and dont want to make another purchase until i know the best way to go. PLEASE HELP!!!

You don't need to be on cycle to get the benefit from igf. For the past 8 months thats all I have been running and I am far better than ever.

cool, but how many mcg u takin and how r u splittin it. im doin 30mcg every day i train after the workout and eating an hour later
 
have you looked in the peptids section. theres alot of info there. read grunt76 take on igf1.from what i have seen some use during pct to help keep gains some use with aas to inhanse gains. but no matter which method you use you should be growing new muscle months after.

ive takin the gh for 5mths and have kept every pound i put on and my strength is the same, i was just wondering if the igf1 would do the same or better, and also i have no side affects at all with the igf1

Well,try taking it every third day at 50mcg. post workout,that way you will not downregulate your receptors.taking igf every day for over 5-6 weeks will downregulate your receptors,thats why i suggest the every 3rd. day method,also if you can get some peg-mgf with it you will benefit a LOT more from the igf.

thanks for the advice i will try that its worth a try, hell ive done everything else
 
how would you incorporate peg mgf into a 3 day regimine with the igf?

I take 25 mcg immediately post workout (so every 48 hours). You really should not take it every day.
 
what do u think of subq injections of igf like around the waist for example, because any other injection in any other body part,other than my glutes, is extremely painful ive read all the how to inject sites and it still hurts like hell

Yeah, its the AA that hurts, its acid literally. You have to pin it in the muscle worked.

Have you tried diluting it with bac. water ? I draw up my igf and then draw up the water and leave enough room in the dart for a little air bubble.Then turn it upside down back and forth and let the bubble work up and down to mix it.Then let the bubble go back to the top and push the air out and inject. That seems to help with the sting.

i workout 5days a week mon-fri 2days off so how would i go about injecting eod or e3d if u are supposed to inject the muscle worked i would be missing some muscle groups
