IGF1 LR3 For Cartilage Repair

Hi Everyone,

I am wondering if you can help me out. I seem to have some ankle damage in which case my cartilage in my ankle is dissipating and I am suppose to have ankle surgery which I am trying to avoid.. I have read that LGF1 LR3 can help regenerate cartilage, just wondering do I just inject in ankle and if so what is the dosage? Also is there any side effects that I should be aware of?

Never heard it used for that but possible... I would say HGH or GH peptides, BPC, TB 500 and hydrolyzed collagen

I have been using TB500 and BPC 157 but that has been for ligament damage I never heard it those were capable of or regenerating cartridge.
