Seems like the 50mcg daily use is the norm

Would 100mcg daily be overkill & would it make it work less as they assume ?
 
I hit my Mark this past weekend using 70mcgs x 3 days prior to my showing.
Blew people away with my 252pds of Jacked and Ripped sculpter!!!!
 
As far as timing, what's everyone doing? I was thinking 50mcg 1-2 hours preworkout 4-5x a week. And then 200-400mcg peg mgf in morning on off days twice weekly. Both can be done IM and/or sub q and don't need to be bilateral since they're systemic correct?
 
I have read that the IGF-1 LR3 should be bilateral muscle groups ..


so is 100mcg overkill ?

How you use on off season ? you have experience in combining it with IGF1-DES

It's best used this way in my opinion as well. I use 40mcgs late evening few days in a row before an event to polish off my look. Like you say, it's like putting the final touches on the sculpture!

That's more then enough. It goes systematic, don't matter.

In my opinion, yes that is overkill unless you are doing 100mcgs a night 2 days before a show or something. Lr3 should be used in short bursts in my opinion. If you want elevated igf levels, that's what gh and gh peptides are for.

3mnths of Des post into muscle trained for nutrient absorption and Lr3 post prior to days off for Recomp while feeding heavily.
Both I believe built new muscle Fibre which now after my Pec has healed I am benefiting.
Muscles are bigger and denser with less workouts and higher reps.
I am now just back to using for insta recomp prior to a showing!

No Lr3 this week, just A Knickelback concert at Northenly Island and A Sunday at the River....
Prepping For The Air and Water Show next Friday at North ave beach then A Day on the Water AT My Island all day and Oar Saturday night for some more Heavy Metal !!!!

3 X 70mcgs starting Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
I don't want to be lethargic Friday or Saturday....I will need all my blood sugar circulating!

I know you've always been a fan of the recomp effect concreter.
But are you using the expensive pharm grade stuff or the pep company ~$100 version?
 
Using Sciroxx...Best I have seen since the collapse of peptide companys.

I just started an LR3 experiment in my main thread. I posted a link and info in the peptide section. I use low-moderate doses of AAS stacked as I feel best doing that and experience minimum side effects. Although with LR3 I use high doses as they work for me and the side effects are pretty much non existent. I only ever use it sparingly for health reasons but as I just mentioned when on I feel fine.

In the past I only ever noticed big results when I got to 100mcg and over. I developed a dosing plan of 200mcg eod and that seems to work great for me so I will be going with that again. I just started tonight at my max dose of 200mcg and so far so good. In the past this dose has changed me fast :)

Just make sure you have a constant supply of macros and no physical labor planned for 24 hrs...lol
I'm hitting 100mcgs with Labor, Thurs and Fri...
Keeping cals on the clean side but still very high.
Should dial in Nicely! with a little Anadrol to keep the fullness!!!

I have it pre workout and have started adding carbs into my intra shake to prevent going hypo. I did 200mcg before chest before and had 50g vitargo and 30g HBCD's in my intra shake. I felt amazing training so it hasn't effected anything. I do have some adrol on hand so it's a possibility :D
