After reading lots of BPC 157 logs and medical journals , came to the conclusion that this pep is somewhat a miracle brought to us from the holy Heaven.... IGF 1 LR3 also seems to be a promising pep when it comes to regenerating soft tissue.

I want to ask you bros opinions on what to do you think would be better for me suffering from a mild ac joint cartlidge degeneration. Doc said its not that bad , and being my age ( 20 ) that stuff could heal giving sufficient time and rest , BUT it could also NOT heal which scares me to death honestly.. I ve been completely out of the gym for 8 month :(, It's healing but very very slowly it seems, I am also on my 6th week of TB500, which does decrease my inflammation but I haven't seen any healing effects as of yet.

Looking for some advices and suggestions , very desperate, wouldn't wish injuries upon others , they absolutely SUCK! :banghead:

Thanks!

Real igf-1/lr3 works amazing. My coach tore his bicep and dr said after surgery it would be 6 months minimum of healing and PT. 3 months or less and his bicep is healed and bigger than it was originally. Igf was a miracle in his case. But also 45 years old

wow 3 month is real fast considering the severity of the injury , I ve also heard ppl using PEG MGF which is a variant of IGF 1 specifically for pulled and torn muscles , works like a miracle ....the only issue with IGF for me , is that its gonna decrease natural IGF levels which i don't rly wanna do considering i m quite young, but again I am so fucking desperate I am willing to do whatever it takes ( Rich Piana reference lol ) literally ...

Peptides are very good..... i haven't done my research on their regeneration properties.... i do know that Hydrolyzed Collagen Type 2 is the only dietary supplement I've seen with medical proof of actual regeneration of cartilage.... I produce Lean Beef Aminos which have HC2 in them... my production stopped recently and is moving to a new facility.. I have a boatload of left over Hydro Collagen type 2 that i got from true nutrition wholesale side.... I'm hooking the bros up here that have injuries that need it.... if your interested message me, u won't get it any cheaper i promise you brother ...

"This is the study that really got the ball rolling on hydro collagen and one of the fascinating things in it is that it showed it was dose dependant

Stimulation of type II collagen biosynthesis and secretion in bovin... - PubMed - NCBI

So maybe the Swanson 10 grams supplement is the way to go

keynotes below:

In March 2003, Oesser et al. demonstrated for the first time that collagen hydrolysate stimulates collagen synthesis in cartilage cells (Cell Tissue Res 311:393-399). The enrichment of a chondrocyte cell culture medium with collagen hydrolysate led to a significant, dose-dependent stimulation of collagen synthesis in cartilage cells, that was not detectable in the controls.

Studies conducted by the renowned American specialist Roland Moskowitz, MD on 389 patients in the USA, Great Britain and Germany also found a pain-relieving effect from collagen hydrolysate. The patients were able to significantly reduce their consumption of analgesics and reported an improvement in physical function.

Experimental and clinical studies have found that:

Collagen hydrolysate stimulates the synthesis of type II collagen in articular cartilage
Taking collagen hydrolysate can lead to a significant reduction in pain among osteoarthritis patients
Taking collagen hydrolysate, osteoarthritis patients may be able to reduce their consumption of analgesics
Physiological functions of the joints improve significantly

Summary

Collagen hydrolysate may be an effective nutritional supplement for those suffering from osteoarthritis.

While there are no recommendations on the therapeutic intake of collagen hydrolysate, studies suggest a 10 g daily dose may be beneficial. The treatment period should not be less than three months. However, as symptoms tend to return after discontinuation of treatment, long-term administration may be prudent. Collagen hydrolysate has no side effects, therefore long-term regular use is safe and may serve as preventive measure."

I'm going to look into this. Is this the same collagen you get from eating jello?
If they have sugar free jello I'll snack on it.
Thank you for this post. I'm trying to find all possible way to heal my old body. :D

PS...just googled it. Yep, it's jello. Yummy. It's also in gummy bears. I know there are sugar free gummies. :D

No, you didn't Google that bc gelatin and collagen hydroslate are not the same thing... as well, you need hydro collagen type 2, not types 1 or 3.... i mean, for real, i give the guy study based info and u say eating gummy bears is the same thing as taking in 5-10g of raw hydroslate?

Gelatin is an irreversibly hydrolyzed form of collagen, wherein the hydrolysis results in the reduction of protein fibrils into smaller peptides, which will have broad molecular weight ranges associated with physical and chemical methods of denaturation, based on the process of hydrolysis. It is found in most gummy candy

"Collagen hydrolysate (which is the same thing as hydrolyzed collagen) is not exactly the same thing as gelatin. In the hydrolyzed form, the collagen is processed more intensively, which actually breaks up the proteins into smaller pieces. They both have the same amino acids, but different chemical properties."

Do you have the link to the correct Swanson product?
I see several types but don't want to get the wrong one.

As well there are differences not only between gelatin and hydrolyzed collagen... but also between collagen types 1,2, and 3...
Collagen 1 vs 2 vs 3 - What's the difference?
Collagen Type 1 vs 2 vs 3

What is the difference between the collagen type 1, 2 and 3? Let us compare the three in terms of number, location, and other uses.

Among the three collagen types, the most abundant is type I, followed by type III, and the last is type II.Collagen type I can be found in skin, tendons, ligaments, bone, teeth, intervertebral disks, and scar tissue. Collagen type II is found mainly in articular and hyaline cartilages, and in the eyes. Collagen type III is seen in the muscles, intestinal walls, and blood vessels. It is also closely associated with collagen type I, thus it is common to see collagen type III at sites with collagen type I.Advanced medical technology has found ways to manufacture and use the different collagen types outside the body. Collagen type I is also used in the research industry. Collagen type II is manufactured into capsules that is used in treatment of arthritis, cellulite, and wrinkles. As for collagen type III it is manufactured into capsules as supplements for healthy skin, bone, and muscles.

It depends what it's purpose is for... for mostly skin nail hair cosmetic , types 1 and 3... they usually offer a product with both in one... for cartilage, it's type 2...

One thing you may be interested in as well is that hydro collagen is more anti catabolic then whey... Emeric told me that and posted a study but I'm on cell and can't search it down right now...

If you paired something like hydro collagen w a healer like tb500 and maybe even some curcumin or gh/gh peps added in I think it would be amazing protocol

Thank you for explaining the differences between 1, 2, and 3. I found a bulk type II sold in 2Lb powder that was recommended at longecity. I'll give it a try. My knees could use the help.
I take glucosamine, chondriotin, and msm, but something new would be a nice addition. I just started taking cat's claw which I found studies on pubmed for osteoarthritis. :D

I'm interested as well.

I spent a couple hours yesterday reading up, after your initial posts in this thread. Definitely going to try it for my knees.

10g a day for 6 months is around 4lb for treatment. Having trouble finding bulk type 2 in Australia, don't know if I trust just a random supplier from china's quality. If you want to inbox me a price with freight to Australia, I would be very interested and appreciative. Can understand if posting to Australia is to difficult/expensive. Thanks.

Freight wouldn't be worth it... probably just grab like Jarro or Swanson or another capsulized version from in country
