Goal is to add as much new tissue as possible. Calories are high and daily protein is 400ish grams. Carbs are focused pre/intra/post workout.
Test is at 1000mg/wk and MK677 is at 25mg prebed with some other anabolics rotating in and out.
1.5hrs pre training - 70g P + 70g C
IntraWorkout - 40g BCAA/EAA + 80g HBCD
1hr post training - 75g P + 75g C
My question is this.........
Im testing 2mg of Igf1-lr3 preworkout.
Which protocol would be more beneficial?
6weeks total at:
50mcg - 3wks followed by 80mcg - 3wks
OR
8weeks total at:
50mcg - 8wks
*feel free to tell me it wont make a damn bit of a difference if thats what you believe as well! lol
